The Kanata author of an anti-Lucien Bouchard
Internet home-page yanked from the World Wide Web
over allegations it contained hate literature
won't face criminal charges, police said yesterday.
The OPP investigated and consulted with the
Crown attorney's office and determined it wasn't
hate literature.
