EX PARTE ORDER

UPON HEARING THE APPLICATION of the Plaintiff ex parte for an interim injunction against the Defendants:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1.

The Defendants, STUART MARTIN, operating as INFOSOURCE CANADA, and STUART MARTIN, JOHN DAVIES, and CHRIS HOOYMANS, operating as WEBSIGHT WEST (a Partnership), each of them, shall immediately cease all use of the Internet domain name "westedmontonmall.com", including but not limited to allowing all access to the World Wide Web website found at the URL "www.westedmontonmall.com", and further, shall not permit any use of that domain name or URL by any other party;

2.

The Plaintiff shall forthwith file and serve a Notice of Motion in this matter for the purposes of obtaining interlocutory injunctive relief, or summary final relief, which shall be returnable not later than the 28th day of August 1997; and

3.

The Order shall be vacated upon the hearing of the above-referenced motion on notice.
