PART IV -- APPLICATION
- Binding on Her Majesty
- 66. (1)
This Act is binding on Her Majesty in right of Canada,
except in matters respecting the Government of the Yukon Territory
or the Northwest Territories.
- Commencement
- (2)
The exception referred to in subsection (1) shall come into
operation in respect of the Government of the Yukon Territory on a
day to be fixed by proclamation.

- (3)
The exception referred to in subsection (1) shall come into
operation in respect of the Government of the Northwest Territories
on a day to be fixed by proclamation.

Nothing in this Act affects any provision of the
Indian Act
or any provision made under or pursuant to that Act.
