	Internet Home Page

Kanata O.P.P. conducted its investigation
into a complaint regarding a "Home Page" on
a local Internet site.  Following consultation
with the Crown Attorney and our Hate Crimes
investigators, it has been determined that
the information on the Home Page does not
constitute a criminal offence.  Therefore
no charges will be pursued.
