Plug Pulled on "I Hate Lucien Bouchard" web page

The web page that used to be at -- http://www.igs.net/~colin -- has been removed by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), contrary to the wishes of the author, Colin McPhedran. While waiting for the local situation to be resolved, he created a new offshore web page.
