Electronic Frontier Canada
Member Survey

August, 1999

Electronic Frontier Canada (EFC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting freedom of expression and the right to privacy as new computing, communication, and information technologies are introduced into Canadian society. Through this survey, we want to get your feedback to help us develop our priorities for the coming year.

If you would like to join EFC as a supporting member, or if you would like to renew your supporting membership for 1999, please fill out the EFC Membership Form at www.efc.ca/join and then mail in your cheque.

If you would like to join (or leave) one of our mailing lists, please send email with the word subscribe (or unsubscribe) in the body of the message to efc-announce-request@efc.ca and/or efc-talk-request@efc.ca. You do not need to be an EFC supporting member to join these lists. We would welcome your interest and participation.

Please answer all questions in the survey and then click the Submit button on the bottom of the form. You may choose to leave some questions blank (other than your name and email), although this will reduce the value of the survey. Anonymous surveys will not be included in the results. Personal information will only be used to compute summary statistics for this survey and to update EFC's internal membership records. It will not be used for any other purpose and will not be disclosed to any other party.

This survey has 10 multi-part questions and takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.

Please be sure to respond before noon on September 1, 1999.

If you have any questions or comments, please contact Brett Dixon, brett@efc.ca
